At nosDeu, we were clear from the beginning that not only what we wanted to do mattered, but also how we wanted to do it.
We wanted to build a project where decisions are shared, people are at the center, and the team rows in the same direction. That's why we chose to be a cooperative: it wasn't the easiest option, but it was the one that best represented the way of working we wanted to build.
Since the beginning of this year, we have been part of the Galician cooperative movement and we were eager to get involved from day one. That's why we participated in the celebration of the Día do Cooperativismo Galego 2026, at the Martín Códax Wineries, and we also attended the Xornadas +COOP Creamos Cooperativas, organized by EspazoCoop, which has supported us during these months.
In addition, Brais participated in the video for the +COOP: Asesoramos para crear cooperativas program, a piece that gathers different experiences around cooperativism and another way of doing business.
For us, being part of this movement connects deeply with what drives us: sharing decisions, caring for our pace, building with autonomy, and demonstrating that business can be done differently.
