Tarugo 2026: artificial intelligence, judgement and community
Written by &
A week later, Tarugo is still very much on our minds.
Artificial intelligence, with our feet on the ground
This year, everything revolved around artificial intelligence. No gimmicks, feet firmly on the ground and eyes on the future. With optimism, but remembering that among so many models, agents and automations, judgement and responsibility still belong to people. And that what matters is still something as fundamental as understanding the business.
Speaking of business, several people asked us these past few days whether going to Tarugo was worth it for us. We did not have to think twice: of course it was! Some returns take time, and not all of them show up in an Excel spreadsheet.
There is a Tarugo motto we particularly like putting into practice: Do ut des, give to receive. It fits closely with how we understand community and relationships.
Thank you for continuing to build community
A special mention to Juan Carlos Vez Vázquez, who never tires of introducing us to people and speaking warmly about the project. We are truly lucky!
And a huge thank you to the whole organising team, especially David Bonilla Fuertes and Candela Peña, with whom we have the closest connection, for continuing to make this beautiful madness possible.
Long live Tarugo, and long live the belief that anything is possible! 🐮
