Understand the problem before choosing the tool
Using AI is not about trying every new tool each week. It is about understanding which problems are worth solving and when technology adds value. Sometimes the answer will be AI; sometimes it will be better organised data, a different process or a conversation.
Delegating tasks can make sense, but delegating judgement does not. We want each interaction with a machine to help us learn and decide better: to remain natives of uncertainty.
